Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within New Zealand. Courier network conditions, regional distance, and supplier dispatch times can affect actual delivery dates. Most orders are shipped from Hawke’s Bay, although some products may be sent directly from our suppliers. This means items in the same order may arrive separately.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and delivery address. Rural delivery may incur additional charges.
1.3 Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We work with trusted courier and freight companies to deliver your order. Your name, address, phone number, and email may be shared with these partners solely for delivery purposes.
1.5 Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to you once your parcel is handed to the courier. We will assist with investigations for lost or damaged parcels, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by thirdβparty carriers.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
2.2 ChangeβofβMind Returns
Changeβofβmind returns may be accepted at our discretion. Conditions apply:

5. Pricing & Availability
All prices on BBQBoys.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order before dispatch.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, variations may occur between batches, suppliers, or manufacturers. If a product differs materially from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under NZ consumer law.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
