Allowing you to ‘smash’ or press your burger patties and steaks it will enhance the grilling surface area so you gain greater caramelisation and flavour, known as the Maillard reaction. Use it with our plates for the ideal burger cooking surface or to make competition ready grill marks on your steaks.
